When you book an appointment with Hair X Lora, you agree to these terms. Your card will be pre-authorised for the full amount of your service at the time of booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment: You will be charged 100% of your service. No refunds will be given.
Cancellations within 7 days (but more than 24 hours) before your appointment: You will be charged 25% of the service cost as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations more than 7 days before your appointment: No charge. You may request a cancellation through the app and we will process it at no cost.
You may view your appointments and request a cancellation at any time. Cancellation requests are subject to the policy above. We will process your request and apply any applicable charges in accordance with these terms.
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full amount will be charged to your card.
Certain colour services require a skin test to be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. You must sign in to book these services. If you have had a skin test with us before, your record will reflect this.
